JH Process can engineer, design, fabricate and install a complete packaged system
or modify an existing process. A recent project involving a silicone water etch bath required operators to physically carry bags of NaOH up a flight of steps and hand scoop the caustic into tanks while manually measuring the fluid density. It was dangerous and inaccurate. With a modified system the operator decides the batch
size and programs into the controller. The NaOH and water are blended, heated, measured and pumped to the upstairs baths.
