MODEL NLC EXPANSION JOINT

Model NLC bellows expansion joints provide the perfect balance between value and performance. There are two standard lengths, and pressure ratings of 50, 150, and 300 psi. Available in 2" to any larger size needed.

BELLOWS CONNECTOR EXPANSION JOINT

The Bellows Connector is kept stocked with 150# C/S flanges and tie rods. Although it only comes in one configuration, it is an economical choice that is appropriate for many applications. 2" to 12" diameters.

COMPENSATOR 2S & 3S

Flexicraft 2S & 3S Compensators are used on pipe diameters from 3/4" to 4" when compression is required from thermal expansion on copper pipe. They come with sweat ends.

TEFBELLOWS PTFE LINED EXPANSION JOINT

The Tefbellows is an expansion joint that combines the properties of metal and PTFE into the most advanced expansion joint available for highly corrosive piping systems. Normal design temperatures are from -300F to +400F, and they will retain their pressure carrying capacity up to 1,200F in an upset condition, sufficient time for system shut-down and replacement.

MODEL WD1000 EXPANSION JOINT

Model WD welded diaphragm expansion joints provide a high pressure alternative, being rated at 1000 psi. Available in 1/2" to 12" diameters.

MODEL N EXPANSION JOINT

Model N high corrugation bellows expansion joints allow for versatile use in movmenets and lengths. Available in 50 and 150psi versions from 3" to 36" diameters.

MODEL EP EXPANSION JOINT

Model EP externally pressurized expansion joints have long axial compressions of 4", 6" and 8". Available in stocked 150psi, or 300psi versions. Diameters range from 2" to 36".

MODEL R-PACK EXPANSION JOINT

The R-Packed Expansion Joints are designed for thermal expansion applications with axial movements. These "slip type" packed joints can accommodate 4", 8", or 12" of compression for single designs, and double that for dual designs. There is never a concern that an unscheduled outage will occur due to the expansion joint. Available in 150 and 300 psi, and 2" to 24" diameters.

MODEL C EXPANSION JOINT

Model C ring controlled expansion joints provide control, safety, and long possible travels by utilizing equalizing rings. From 3" to 24" diameters.

COMPENSATOR

Flexicraft Compensators are used on pipe diameters from 3/4" to 4" when compression is required from thermal expansion. They are stocked in weld, thread, flanged ends.

MODEL NLC SANITARY EXPANSION JOINT

The Model NLC Sanitary Metal Bellows utilizes an integral silicone liner for food and similar service. Has a unique Clean-in-Place (CIP) smooth bore design. Avaialble in 1-1/2" to 12" diameters.

METAL DUCT EXPANSION JOINTS

Metal bellows duct expansion joints are used in low pressure, higher temperature gas systems to compensate for thermal growth and vibration. Round or rectangular joints available in any size.
